He diagnosed me immediately from my sore spots and my middle finger being sore with no swelling. He told me to exercise since there is no real treatment. He also gave me flexeril and it did not work. He hasnt helped alot but was quick to diagnose. Do you have sleep problems? How do you deal with it? > Yes, I wake up feeling like someone beat me up. I tend to go to bed late and sleep in late. When I go to bed around 11:00 p.m. and wake up before 10:00 a.m. and make this a pattern I feel better. > Do you have family that understands your illness? > Yes > Some have found certain foods causes problems with > CFS or Fibro, have you? > No but I drink 10 cans of pepsi a day, I have never stopped long enough to see if this would help. I did quit smoking for 2 months and it helped greatly with the pain.
