Re: Digest Number 2545---Hep B Vac, But Positive for Hep A

I've had the full round of Hep B vaccine, for work purposes, and was

retested a few yrs later, but was never found positive for Hep A. Hep A has

a whole different set of antibodies. Where DID this doctor get his info?

sure about this one? Of course Doc says everything is " fine " !

What I think is happening here is that the vaccine was one called

" TwinRx " This is a vaccine to both Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B. If

the vaccine is successful, you will have antibodies to both Hepatitis

A and Hepatitis B.
