I have major problems with my feet in the mornings when I get up and also at

any point if I've been sitting for more than 15 minutes and then get up.

I've had fallen arches before and that's what it feels like to me. I can

barely walk when I first get up in the mornings but fortunately in my case it

doesn't last too long...10 minutes tops.

Yes, me feet hurt too...sometimes so bad i can barely walk. Try

getting a small firm ball, like a tennis ball or childs toy ball,

place it on the floor, and roll it around with your foot while

sitting on the couch or at the computer. Don't overdo it though.
