I've had fallen arches before and that's what it feels like to me. I can barely walk when I first get up in the mornings but fortunately in my case it doesn't last too long...10 minutes tops. Guest guest
I have this problem too, somedays I had it so bad I didnt think I could walk. I went to the doctor and I cant quote what he said (it was a while ago) but it was something about the nerves receding when you are off your feet for a while, and when you put pressure on them it stretches them out and basically puts the nerves in shock, he told me to roll a glass bottle or a tennis ball back and forth under my arch for about ten minutes in the morning before I actually stand, I know this sounds silly (at least it did to me) but I started doing it, and it really helps! Hope this helps you too, tracy > In a message dated 5/6/2002 4:10:31 PM Central Daylight Time, > sweet_katlin@y... writes: > > > > > > I had a question for all of you.
