I have major problems with my feet in the mornings when I get up and also at

any point if I've been sitting for more than 15 minutes and then get up.

I've had fallen arches before and that's what it feels like to me. I can

barely walk when I first get up in the mornings but fortunately in my case it

doesn't last too long...10 minutes tops.

I have this problem too, somedays I had it so bad I didnt think I

could walk. I went to the doctor and I cant quote what he said (it

was a while ago) but it was something about the nerves receding when

you are off your feet for a while, and when you put pressure on them

it stretches them out and basically puts the nerves in shock, he told

me to roll a glass bottle or a tennis ball back and forth under my

arch for about ten minutes in the morning before I actually stand, I

know this sounds silly (at least it did to me) but I started doing

it, and it really helps!

Hope this helps you too,
