Let's see, (licorice a few days the weekend before 2/14 and then yesterday and

today.

I only was on real Armour Thursday and Friday before that and I was taking the

OTC for a bit (a week?)before the Armour arrived. I haven't taken Armour since

the Friday before 2/14 so

NO ARMOUR for 10 days. Licorice for 2 days, this time, plus 2-3 days a week ago.
