Guest guest Posted February 22, 2005 Report Share Posted February 22, 2005 Hmmm....Friday, I HAVE BEEN SCREAMIN AND SCREAMIN',so far have not lost an ounce,used to run 8-10 miles a day,,,,do not have what it takes now to do that....so have been walking about 7 a day now....and still no energy to work out at the gym....fill like such a slug......who I am ,is not me ....while some symptoms are better,,,still want my energy back...everyone says slow but sure,as it goes...I am trying to be patient...but ugh!,sometimes,I just feel like wearing sweatpants and sunglasses for the rest of my life....anf just enjoying my chocolate...jeanne Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

How high are you with your Armour now??
