Evening. That's when I take my BC, iron and calcium. I take my Armour

around 9-10 am (depending on when I get up) and again at 3 pm.

I don't know about absorption and birth control pills, but estrogens

and synthetic progestins in brith control pills may tie up some of

your thyroid hormone to protiens in the blood and make less

available to tissues. It is known that birth contol pills increase

the need for thyroid. So, you may find that you need a bit more

thyroid.
