Don't worry about anything here. All us brats stick together. I am pleased to hear that things are working out for you although you had to go through a lot to find out what was going on. But please understand a lot of things are happening for us VERY quickly and we are very happy, but overwhelmed! As most of you know, we put our home up for sale, found a piece of land and went to work on trying to move into a new home. This started back in early March. We found some buyers for our home and sent them to get financing. In the meantime and I had already picked our home and were ready to get going. Well the sales person we were working with (who just happen to sell us our first home) was "dismissed" from his job and we were not told this till a week ago. We just assumed he quit.Well through a comedy of many errors, mistakes and screw ups after three months we had still not closed on our home or the new home and we started to get worried. So I started digging and found out that the new people had put a large sum of money down on our house. The home center we were working with took that money and put it into thier bank account without our knowledge. demanded the Money back and we were told we have to wait till next friday when checks are done again. In the meantime we have fired them and are going back to the first salesman, who is at a different lot. We will not be able to move right into our new home as planned, Sooooo, plan 2, is to stay with my Mom for a couple of months till they are done. Of course everything is in storage. So I have been very busy packing. So we wanted to let you know that as of the 23 our phone will be off and not turned back on till we are in the house.( they are saying Oct.1) You may catch us by cell phone..........................becky ............Mom's Our emails will work and will be checked daily We will let you know as soon as the permits are ordered and we have a new addrerss.
