Guest guest
-You have to FALL asleep to have a sleep study done--lolol; I would love to have a sleep study, but, I cannot sleep in a strange place (takes me about a week). Last winter, I allowed myself to sleep until I felt rested, meaning that I spent 20 hours a day in bed TRYING to sleep; that's not my only FMS--but, some nights it feels like the worst... I am not sure whether I have the 'butt pain' or not--it sure is a trigger point for me, if my husband happens to even touch that area--it sends shooting spasmy type pains down my legs, even the cat brushing against me or a blanket touching the area.....will cause the pain! The only antihistamine that i'm able to take is actifed; I take one every other night-it causes me to be very drowsy for about 2 hours. Seldane caused me to have horrible chest pains--I was also taking erythromycin at the time-but the reaction scared me. The doctor gave me a shot of steroid at her office and put me on prednisone--I took ONE dose of it, and I wigged out-got very aggressive/ornery and angry for no reason--I ended up locking myself in the bedroom until it wore off, as I knew that my family didn't deserve the grief I was giving them. If I had known how to use my husbands rifle, i'd have had no problem using it! I tell the doctors that prednisone is one drug that I can never take again (unless I am safe in the hospital). -2 kmnewberry@... _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx
