Re: predisone and other corticosteroids

Hi. I was on prednisone for crohn's and after I went off of it I

started having panic attacks and have had them ever since, I take

xanax for it, I never had them before that. I was dx with fibro right

after that also. I do have IBS too. I hate prednisone, I gained

30lbs while taking it and after 2 years I have finally lost all of it!
