no...a grain is half that - 60 mg.

ONE grain of Armour is 60 MG. Not 120. If you are on 1 grain you are way low.

But go up slowly. 15 MG increases every 2-4 weeks till you reach 3 grains(or 180

MG) then 15 MG increases for 6-8 weeks.

It's only slightly better because you are not on enough. You have to

be on enough to rid yourself of all symptoms, which will put your

TSH below one and your free T3 at the top if not over.

One grain is 60 mg. Two grains is 120 mg. etc.
