Shandi,

what kind of surgery? I had a foot op done on April 19th and it didn't make

my fibro worse but now after umm 2 weeks I am in pain. Not sure if its the

surgery or the crappy weather

Dear Shandi,

I didn' have a whole lot of trouble when I had my neck surgery in

Feb. I don't know, but my having been on antibiotic treatment the

whole time in the hospital (3 days) might have helped not flaring; I

do atttibute the antibiotics for stoping any RA flare for two weeks

post operative.

Just share with us when you'll be having surgery, so those of us who

pray can include you in our prayers. And I would suggest that you

talk with your doctor so that you can have extra or maybe stronger

pain killers for post-op healing pain.

Take care & keep us, your friends, in " the know " ,

Yes, this is true. Even a nasty fall will set mine (and a lot of other

people) off for at least a day or two. I've got outpatient under a

local and sedation coming up next week and I'm a little nervous about

that too. So you at least know there is another ship in your same

harbor! When is your surgery and what is it for?
