That's why I supplement the Armour this way. Hi Choco-!! , most of us on an optimal dose of Armour have a T4 close to one and slighly higher--not too far higher than yours, but yes, higher. Your T4 is below that because instead of adding more Armour, you added in Cytomel. In fact, you added Cytomel way too early. What you might try is raising that Armour to 3-5 grains over time.....THEN access if you need the extra Cytomel. By stopping your dose at 2 1/2 grains, you also stopped giving yourself everything that Armour gives you--the extra T4, T3, T2, T1 and calcitonin.
