Hi ,

IT is so wonderful to hear that you are growing from this, and being able to move on. Perhaps you were stronger than you thought you were. Keep going with the Yoga hon. Don't give up, because I know that with mine, It usually takes a few weeks to get back into exercise if I stop at all. The first week or two is agonizing then it passes. The articles that I have read about fibro and exercise say that most people just can't get through the initial pain and give. Although if you stick with it, you will more than likely find that your overall body pain will decrease. Good luck hon. God Bless, love a

Hi all,Hope everyone had a good weekend. I took a yoga class on Saturday, and boy am I still feeling it. I used to do yoga all the time, but that was a while ago. When I left, every muscle in my body was quivering. I felt so suddenly old. I'll keep trying, but I just have to do what I can and then get up and leave. I lasted half the class this time. I thought I was having a flare, but I think it's just all the muscles I'd forgotten...lol.I go in to see the Rheumy on Thursday for my monthly. Been having a lot of knee and ankle pain. Don't know if it's the fibro or the arthritis. I never thought I'd feel so old at 41.On the soap opera front....I told my ex to come over and start packing. It's been three weeks since he walked out, but he still hasn't left

yet. He got all upset, but that's just tough toenails for him. He came over Saturday while I was out with a friend and he packed a little. He got all emotional and had to leave. Can't wait to see what happens when he moves out of his parent's house and on his own in August. I think he realizes that he made a really big mistake....and unfortunately for him, he can't take this one back. I'm feeling good about things, and it gets better the more he disappears from the house. We went to a show together last night, and it was a really good experience for me. The show was good, and I felt absolutely nothing about him. I watched him talk to friends and realized that I now see him as a fragile, weak person. I let him have so much power for so long, and now I see what he really is, and why he needed to think he had power. I've learned so much in the past few weeks. I just

wish someone could figure out a way to have self evolution not hurt so much...lol.Have a great week everyone.
