Guest guest Posted November 29, 2008 Report Share Posted November 29, 2008 Hello all, thank god for this forum. My 29 year old boyfriend, was diagnosed with PSC this past week. PSC with a large lesion on the liver causing compression of the bile ducts. We are Americans living in France. We are flying home this next week to begin to seek treatments and second opinions. We have been completely blindsided by this illness (as I am sure all of you were). We are looking for help so that we can hit the ground running, literally. For those of you well informed of PSC, liver complications, and who live in the NJ/NY area, do you have suggestions of doctors to perform the stint procedure, and also liver specialists to deal with a large liver lesion (pathology of which is on its way) I know this is really a very small amount of info, but any advice of doctors in that area would be much appreciated.
