Hi All,

Is there a difference between Armour and NatureThyroid? I only have

a script for 90mcg and will have to supplement the armour and would

like to know if there's a difference. ie; switch it all or can I mix

it.

I also can't wait for the next upgrade. I actually do feel better,

not as cold. I thought I had hair improvement, but I was wrong

about that.

I am at 1 week going from 1 1/2 to 2. 1 more week? I haven't had

any issues so far, do have dark circles under my eyes but had

those. Also have a " low spot " at 3-4 PM & wake up at 3-4am every

night. I take two doses, 1 grain each, 6am & 6pm.

Thanks,

Karin

I think you can mix the two meds just fine. Natur-throid seem very

close to the same stength as Armour.

Those periods of low spots and the circles are probably pretty

typical of low dosees. Just hang in there and it will get better.

Don't go too fast with raises, or it will just set you back. Do a

1/4 grain raise every 2 to 4 weeks. When you get near 3 grains slow

way down to 1/4 grain every 4 weeks or month. monitor your symptoms,

pulse, and temps very closely. If you have any trouble with a raise,

don't make another one untill you are well and can handle it. You

may have to temporarily drop your dose in these situations.
