Once again, we are being abandoned by a doc!!! Lmao.

Received a letter from the U of M Tx Center on Saturday. Dr. Abhinav Humar ('s tx surgeon, and the surgeon of others I've spoken to here) is leaving in the near future. He has accepted a position as the Clinical Director of the E. Starzl Transplantation Institute at the U of Pittsburgh. Good news for those of you out east!!!

For those of you who go to the U of Minneapolis and had or still have Dr. Humar, I am going to contact Dr. (who did most of 's transplant and all of his inpatient follow-up) to find out if he is remaining at the U. We really liked him a lot!!
