Guest guest
So the stroke doctor said that I have not clots in my brain, which is always good to hear. He's not sure what is going on but wants me to have an EEG to check to see if they are actual seizures that I am having. Makes sense to me. That test is scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday) at Noon. I meet with the neuro-opthamologist Thursday morning. I can only sleep for 4 hours tonight so I will be trying to catch up online. But, of course, caringbridge does not like the hotel computer. I am excited to see the Chiari specialist in January. I have no idea what is going on with me neurologically but it seems to me that the Chiari could be causing this. Some of the doctors disagree with the Chiari diagnosis because my herniation is not that much (less than 5mm). So it is just confusing to everyone aparently. Hopefully Dr Oro will sort through the mess and I can get back to normal. Well see what the next few days have in store. As for now I am still planning on going home Sunday. Woohoo!!! Now, if it would just stop snowing....:-) To send a message to melissa and family goto; http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/melissahall -- Ian Cribb P.Eng.
