Hi ...and thanks for your help once again!

I'll be doing labs again in a month since I just had my last increase

only 2 weeks ago. I'm curious where my FT3 is now...2 months ago it

was 252 (230-420) after 3 months on Armour, including 7 weeks on 2

grains. Within range but for me too low.

Prior to starting meds the lab failed to do the requested FT3 but my

FT4 was pretty darned good at 1.4 (.8-1.8). I know T3/T4 meds tend to

decrease the T4 some but I can't help but wonder what my body is doing

with all this T4 I'm taking now and how much more my body will be able

to handle!

It's encouraging to know you had similar problems yet have gotten some

positive improvement...I desperately hope to be there with you!

Thanks,

~

> , you sound horribly like me. I kept increasing and

increasing and still could sleep 20 hours out of the day. Finally at

4.5 grains Armour I had some bloodwork done for my Free levels. My T3

was still below range. That was when I added in Cytomel and started to

really improve. Now I am STILL not 100% but I am 250 times better than

I was and still have some lingering symptoms going away every now &

then. I am overdue for more testing and want to get Ferritin too with

the next round, but I haven;t done it yet. You might order some tests

from Healthcheck just to see where your levels are and tweak with a

tad more T4 or a tad more T3. Sometimes that is all it takes to fix

things right up.
