Guest guest
It really does happen. They have people who know that in order for the state to have an abandonment case, it used to be that they had to go nine months with NO contact. They counted even one phone call or card as contact so some of these people would leave their kids in foster care for years and then all of a sudden get remarried or for some other reason decide they wanted them back and the kids would be taken out of foster homes they had been in for years. Now they have fifteen months from the start of the case to have completed everything they needed to and still some of these lawyers like with our kids manage to drag it out for years with appeals. We had Josh's assessment today and it went very well. He would not stop crying when they had me leave the room for his father's portion. We really need for this DR to write that Josh is so bonded with us that he should not be removed now and I really think that he will. Then we just need the judge to actually listen to what he writes. a I have never heard of that one! How horrible, a babysitting service! Don’t they even care they are on record as being unfit? These people must be on the lowest level of life form. No pride or love at all.
