We are all different and so get different reactions to different dosages. It seems that 750mg / day is a good dosage for me, resulted in my best Alk Phos reading in 19 years. Ian (52) PSC 89 My husband was in the High Dose study. He was in the placebo group. When the study ended, his hepatology Dr. put him on Urso.
