Guest guest
I take thyroid-s and when I take it sublingually after a few minutes a stringy substance comes up to the top of my lip. Anyone know if this is normal or what it is? kk > > Nope. > > > If you take your Armour sublingually do you need to wait the hour > > before eating and be as careful about taking your vitamins etc. > apart > > from the Armour? Guest guest
Karin, Thank you for your help. I'm thinking that its (stringy stuff) just the coating or maybe they are not meant to be taken sublingually. I split mine in half to help it disolve better, if your not already doing this it may help. BTW I like the way your name is spelled:) kk > > , > > I opened my bottle of Thyroid-s(1 grain) and took one sublingually > this morning.
