If you take your Armour sublingually do you need to wait the hour

before eating and be as careful about taking your vitamins etc. apart

from the Armour?

I take thyroid-s and when I take it sublingually after a few minutes

a stringy substance comes up to the top of my lip. Anyone know if

this is normal or what it is?

Karin,

Thank you for your help. I'm thinking that its (stringy stuff) just

the coating or maybe they are not meant to be taken sublingually. I

split mine in half to help it disolve better, if your not already

doing this it may help. BTW I like the way your name is spelled:)
