I'm so glad your feel so much better. It is the most wonderful feeling

when you are feeling good and can get up and do things that you couldn't do

before. I hope you continue to feel this good! It's always a blessing to

beable to get out and listen to the birds. I can hear them though the windows

right now, but I was outside in the swing in the back yard when my husband

came home for lunch. We just sat there and then we realized we forgot to

water my hanging plant on the back porch. Poor thing is parched. He needed

water and tender loving care...after we took the birds nest out with the 2

eggs in it. Poor baby birds. They didn't hatch and momma bird didn't come

back. I think it was because of the kids playing in the back yard. Well, take

care of yourself!!

Hello, I havn't been on the computer much so i just wanted to say

hello to all newcomers. I have fibro, cfs, and chronic pain on the

left side of my body x 2 and a half years. I was wondering if anyone

else has taken adderal to keep them awake during the day? It has

helped me so much. It has even helped lower my pain level, i was

homebound on the couch for months, and now i am able to get up shower

if i am not having a flareup, and get outside, i forgot there was a

world out there!!I also take other meds as well but wondered if

anyone else had tried this. God bless you all, hope i can get to know

everyone better its so nice to know you guys are out there, and i can

chat with others in the same boat. nancy

I take Ritalin, a medication close to Adderal for daytime fatigue.

I've tried other anti-fatigue meds, and liked Provigil the best.

My current insurance carrier wont' pay for it as it is too

expensive. Ritalin is a cheap way to keep me moving during the day.
