Guest guest
- When I see reports stating that Lupus is not hereditary - I just laugh. My grandmother, father and now me.... The latest I've read is that you inherit the Lupus genes and then a trigger must happen to make the Lupus come to life (yes I know that is extremely dumbed down for an explantion - but that's how I understand it.) Well, if that's the case, then what is the difference in inheriting the gene and inheriting the disease? Maybe because it's not always active at birth? In my own layman mind....it's hereditary!
