I'm hangin' in there ... sometimes by a thread and other times pretty vigorously. In the past couple of months, I've been on two short rounds of prednisone, so there's been the wonderful added energy while I'm on it, but coming down sure takes its toll on me. Mom (age 84 and lives with us) has been through the medical merry-go-round lately and that has taken any and all extra strength I've had. The one thing that's driving me crazy right now are muscle cramps in my feet and legs. These hit at night (every single night, for the last 2 months!) and have been horrible!! I've even had to wake my hubby up to straighten my feet & legs and rub them till the pain eases up. I seem to recall others in this group going through this as well. I don't know whether it's coincidence or if there's a connection, but the swelling in my feet and legs is worse than its been a long time. Barb, I'll email you (privately) a copy of our Christmas letter which will catch you up on things since I've been too busy and tired to post on my CarePages site. Thanks so much for asking!!! I don't know if it will get posted or not since I use a different email address for the List and this was sent from my regular email. Anyway, if it does come through .... my apologies to all!!
