Guest guest
Hi Sandi, This study is looking for adult PSC patients (18 yrs and older) and will include patients with IBD. I don't know what the other criteria are. It is a small 12 person study and will be "open label" . which means that everyone will be getting treatment. They want to determine if taking the antibiotic vancomycin will improve PSC disease symptoms such as fatique and itchiness and improve LFT's. The treatment part of the study is 1 year with a total of 13 visits (at 6 week intervals) which includes two follow up visits after completing treatment. Hope this helps. Looking forward to seeing you as well.
