Hi all....

I have recently switch from Levoxyl to Armour... last week I had

shakiness, bad mood swings, anxiety and more...I was crying for help

and was going to see a doctor to give me antidepressants....At that

time I was switching way to FAST from T4 to Armour. I reached 2.5

Grains in 20days. I got the advice from many of you to cut back and

I did.

I went back to 2 grains and 37MCG Levoxyl. Now I have been feeling

SO Great. I have never felt like this in years..One thing I noticed

right I way is my facal hair dramatically went down. They are less

course and less thick. I feel very relaxed and not down at all.

every now and then I get knee pains but it goes and comes. My memory

issues and brain fog went away....I do sporadically in the evening

get very low energy...feel like I want to fall over but...

I am thinking to stay at this dose and get a blood test

I am on 2 grains and 37 T4 this would be

86% T4 to 13.7% T3 which is very close to the human ratio. and a

total T4 equivalent of 185.

I am kinda surprised that compared to other on this message board

its low dose but I am 6 ft tall and large frame 240lbs

Is it worth a try to increase to 2.5 Grain and no T4 added and see

how I do based on my lab test? Anyone has advice as to what % of

T3/T4 I should shoot for?

The doctor recommended (Dr lin)to switch 100% on Armour with no

T4...stabilize and see how you feel. If worse then go back and add

T4....I am so tired messing with my does I just want to feel better

and focus on my job...

Any advice?

Thanks

:)
