Nikki,

Some doctors seem to not have any moral obligations to their patients! Thankfully there are some still out there who do. Our primary dr. is fantastic! My husband's current neuro is great as well. Which is good because come Monday morning I'll be calling to see how soon they can get him back in. He has had a very bad day today. This is actually the first day that he had had what is called a "freezing" or totally "off" period. Simply put, he couldn't move at all. Was feeling bad & decided to take a nap. An hour or so later our daughter, who just happened to come by, walked down the hall & heard him call me. He couldn't feel his left arm or either leg, couldn't move his limbs or sit up. I had to pull his upper body up enough that I could slide in behind him & hold him up while gave him his meds. And believe me, with my back, that was no easy task! I guess there was a reason for me to have to go back on the prednisone...a few days ago I could barely get myself up, much less have moved him! 47 is just to young for him to have to deal with Parkinson's Disease & Alzheimer's. And they tell me to avoid stress! Yeah, right!

Thanks for asking how I'm feeling...guess you can tell it's been a long day! lol

I'm exhausted from all the pulling & tugging & stress, I ache everywhere & my back is just about gone. Tomorrow is supposed to be a very special day for us...my husband, Jace, had decided it was time to be baptized & it's tomorrow. All our family is going to be here, dinner at our daughter's after church, the whole works. Now I'm so worried he's not going to make it thru the service. He could barely sit up long enough to eat his dinner tonight. I could really use some extra prayers right now.

You take care & don't let those dr's bully you!

B
