I had a monumental mix-up in my health insurance this fall thanks to faulty information from my husband's former employer. Many invoices bounced back to us and we got another one yesterday. It's for the MRCP done in October (timely, eh?) and it was for $4,640. Expensive? Yes! But cheaper than repeated hospitalizations and major surgery. Thankfully, the insurer says that the paperwork is in order and they will take care of it.
