NO MORE DOUBLE EMAILS

Hello Lupies,

I finally got Lamar to stop sending me double Emails.....it took me all day, but I just tried to back track and remember what the techs. told me to do....it was impossible to write it down when on the phone with them......holding the phone between my shoulder and ear, the keyboard on my lap, the mouse on my desk, and just trying to understand what they were directing me to do !!......most of the techs. have a very thick Indian accent .....as you probably already know, and they speak too fast for a ' Texas girl, with a slow Southern Drawl ' to understand.......I realize that they are not talking too fast.....I' m just ' Listening too slow!' But I am still going to have to get a new CD for Outlook express to uninstall the one I have now ,ane then reinstall the new one .....evidently the version that was installed into Lamar doesn't have the ' Spell check ' feature on it, because when the tech tells me to click on the ' Spelling Tab' it is not there......to tab like that to be found .
