Guest guest
ok folks - i had noticed I wasn't feeling quite as well...and attributed to the news of my cousin's traumatic death in February. But then I noticed I was feeling colder and started checking my temp thru out the day. well lo and behold...somehow I have dropped back down to 97.2 - 97.4 or so. geez. how did that happen? the only thing I can figure is one of two things. don't mix armour and naturethroid all in the same day. or the naturethroid is NOT as potent as the armour or has lost its potency by sitting in the cabinet for 1 1/2 months. hmmm...so i started doing all armour again....and will see where this goes. one other possibility is that i had a bit of an adrenal crash from the bad news....and weak adrenals = not able to use the thyroid hormone? dang - this does get confusing at times. cindi

Guest guest
Cindi I have done this off & on for several years. I increase my meds then lower a tad I think the body's needs go up & down by what you are doing and stresses you are under at the moment. Like right now I am battling my teeth abscessing again and my temp has dropped. So I will increase till this infection is gone, then I will probably have to cut back again. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, " You're next. " They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals
