-i read an article somewhere, 3yrs

ago that heat + fms + death. said

that heat turns our fluids into toxins!

anyone else read this? i'd like to find

it again.

-the hot tub is a good idea, just not

too hot. it can cause more muscle

pain. Dr.Devin, if memory serves me,

suggested starting out with 90 degrees.

just be careful and it will help you.
