Guest guest
No. Yeast are a natural part of our bodies, too. Killing yeast when you don't have an overgrowth can also cause problems. I got rid of a bad yeast infection a number of years ago just by eating lots and lots of yogurt. Go the nontoxic route whenever possible. I suggest getting screened by CEDS or there are other similar ways to find out if you have an overgrowth of yeast. Guest guest
Thanks Barb, I was just wondering because of all the talk on yeast. I have never had an infection or anything so didn't know. I do eat yogurt, at least I try to every day. I need the calcium Hugs, Sherri > > No. Yeast are a natural part of our bodies, too. Guest guest
Hi Sherri I read Dr. Crook's book, The Yeast Connection Handbook, and it has done wonders for me. I didn't take Nystatin, instead I took Diflucan. It knocked out the yeast infection that I didn't know I had. It really helped with my symptoms. Go to your local bookstore and glance over the book. Dr. Crook is well known in the medical community. Have a great day, Lonnie in Soonerland --- Sherri sbrandenburg@...> wrote: > I have never had a yeast infection. Guest guest
Thanks Lonnie, I have been meaning to get to the library the past few weeks but it's been sooooo hot and humid that I don't want to go out. Will try to get there sometime soon though, may have to call my Mom and ask her to drag me out someday, LOL! Guest guest
Hi Sherri It has not been as bad here in Oklahoma as past summers. What part of the world are you from? Dr. Crook has several books out on yeast infections and their ability to wreck havoc on our systems. I would be glad to answer any questions you have about this. You can e-mail me privately if you want to.
