Guest guest
: Do you think we are just having nightmares? I am opting for the least dangerous choice...either that or some sort of sleep apnea? Well, at least I'm not the only one that experiences this. The " trying " to wake up is the scariest part...I can feel myself violently shaking my head for what seems like forever until I eventually snap out of " it " and wake up but it seems as if every time I have an episode like this, it takes longer and longer to wake up. Plus, mine always happens at around 2 or 3 am. Thanks for the feedback:) ~Lynne --- Blueberry kmnewberry@...> wrote: > I have dreams where I can't breath, and all I can do > is *try* to wake up, > this happened 2 nights ago....I fear that if I don't > wake myself up in time > that I WILL stop breathing.
