Tina-Your doctor chuckles, mine just grunts :)

-I have trigeminal neuralgia, my dentist doesn't believe in

it-although, there can be NO other explanation, the pain is unique. He says

that they call things neuralgia/syndromes when they can't find out the cause

of the problem. My dentist has been piddling around with my teeth for 3

years now and if 2 million other dentists can't find the cause--I don't know

what makes my dentist think HE can find the cause.....after 3 years, he has

filed my teeth down, removed and replaced fillings, made me a bite plate for

nighttime use and this and that, and it is no better. I have a cavity that

needs filled, but he can't fill it because the air/water spray from the

procedure causes me to nearly leave my body in pain!

On the 11:00 news last night, there was a segment on the use of procrit for

fms/cfs they said that the cause of fms/cfs was that people with fms is that

they suffer from a decreased production of red blood cells--and procrit

helps. My bloodwork has always came back with my red blood cell count &

hemoglobin counts have all been on the high side of normal (14-15)....
