Guest guest
On one of these lists Rita posted about writing down on paper when she took her meds so she wouldn't double up on them. That is just such an enlightening idea and I can't believe I didn't think of it myself. Well, yes I can.... *grin* But for years I have been a huge writer on Post It Notes. They're stuck in my car, on my fridge, bedroom & bathroom mirror, my purse, my front door and anywhere else I think I might need it. You can sure call me the Post It Note Queen. BUT, it never occurred to me to write down when I take my meds! Thank you Rita for a little bit of help here! :-) Donna
Guest guest
I keep track of my meds I have a pill holder thingy. It has 7 rows with 4 boxes in them. On Saturday I put all the pills I need to take in the pilly thingy and I'm set for a week. I really had picked it up for the cruise in January. It is so helpful though. The post-it notes are a great way too. I am a post-it freak too! I have them all over my PC desk, my monitor, fridge, and kids doors (for choirs). Everyone have a great day!
