On one of these lists Rita posted about writing down on paper when she

took her meds so she wouldn't double up on them. That is just such an

enlightening idea and I can't believe I didn't think of it myself.

Well, yes I can.... *grin* But for years I have been a huge writer on

Post It Notes. They're stuck in my car, on my fridge, bedroom &

bathroom mirror, my purse, my front door and anywhere else I think I

might need it. You can sure call me the Post It Note Queen. BUT, it

never occurred to me to write down when I take my meds! Thank you Rita

for a little bit of help here! :-)

Deep in the soul, below pain, below all the distraction of life, is a silence

vast and grand - an infinite ocean of calm, which nothing can disturb;

Nature's own exceeding peace, which " passes understanding. " That which we

seek with passionate longing, here and there, upward and outward; we find at

last within ourselves.
