Hi! You mentioned you take Domperidone. Out of curiousity, was that prescribed

to you for your PSC? I'm on that as well, but in my case it was given to me for

my gastroparesis. As to whether or not you can get it in the states, you can

only get it from compounding pharmacies in the states and because it's not

legally approved by the FDA here, it can be difficult to get a doctor to write a

prescription for it (for instance, Mayo Clinic docs recommend it but aren't

allowed to write scripts for it).
