The first book " Fibromyalgia & Chronic Mysofascial Pain Syndrome " has limited

availability as it is presently out of print. So I think it's on a " first

come, first serve basis. "

Try Half. Com for this book. It will probably be a used one but sometimes

you can find new ones there. If they have it, you will have a variety of

prices to choose from usually. EBay bought them not to long ago.

Is this book written by Daryl Starlynl? If so, you can get it at Amazon.com. I

just ordered it. They have copies available now.
