anyone who has a copy, its worth it. I took the class from the author and

his daughter, they work on their own bodies constantly.

if nothing else, get a firm rubber ball, put in a long cotton sock and

gently roll your sore and tight areas

do NOT bruise yourself, only get the blood moving

it only moves through a muscle if you are exercising or getting a

massage, it helps the body to eliminate the by products of metabolism

its a pain to get rid of pain...

Blessings,

Marie

I have used the tennis ball in a sock thingy and it really does work to help

press the blood out of the muscle.
