just trying to help

I was trying to help, I'm not the group, just a member. I posted several

times about the trigger point workbook as I took the class and know the

author and his daughter, maybe you did not see the messages, it was a few

weeks ago. I have the email for them if interested in getting on their

mailing list.

I am a nurse teaching ways to cope so please do not label me, I am an

individual. I do not wear my wounds on my sleeve and believe people need

to take responsibility for their behavior, life is full of choices.

so why are you angry at me? I was trying to let you know the rules of

this certain group if you want to be a member. I had to take off my

website links to join, and others did not and it caused problems. I was

trying to include you and save you some grief, not get yelled at.

it seems those who try to change the rules are the ones who get angry and

abusive rather than supportive and understanding so its better for them

to move on. we can offer suggestions to people but they will not be ready

to move on till they feel ready, we can't force them, we can only

encourage them.

I believe God helps those who also help others and do not stomp on them

if they don't do what you want them to do. It borders on abusive. I do

not feel we have the right to judge others eventhough it may be something

we would choose not to do. It is hard to get people to follow you if you

treat people as inferior rather than another person on a healing path.

I hope your new group works well for you and be sure to email the group

and not an individual if you want to reach them all.
