Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I occasionally get some chest or under arm pain. I've has strained muscles across the sternum(costrochondritis), and pleurisy as well. But this is relatively rare for me. My pain, other than my knees and arms, tends to stay on the back side of my body. Take care,
Guest guest
The chest/breast pain is definately the worst. Mine also stretches into the armpits. I find that doing door stretches (where one hand is against the door jamb and you push your body forward just a little bit) with my arm at different levels is a real help. My massage therapist and chiropractor gave me those stretches. I also have my boyfriend (cause my massage therapist won't do it) massage the breast tissue. I think the pain in my chest/breast area is directly related to my back pain-- my massage therapist and I have found numerous trigger points that lead straight to my back from the chest. > The reason I was DX with FMS was because of my severe chest, sternum, and rib pain. I am still finding it hard to take a deep breath due to my continuous chest and sternum pain, but it's getting a little better. I thought I was the only one, since many on this list seem to have all around pain (mostly). The rest of my body aches, but my chest and ribs the worst. > > >
