Gallbladder pain feels like you are having a heart attack. It seems to be

in the middle of your chest. If you do have gallbladder, the surgery is

easy. You are in the hospital one day and it is laparoscope (sp) surgery and

you have 4 small incisions.

A whole where your gallbladder use to be? (snicker) I'm missing mine

now thanks to surgery (no don't bother trying to find it for me, don't

want it back!). I can remember when I was about 10 and my mom needed to

have surgery to remove her female organs due to cancer. I kept asking

her " but what are they going to put in the hole? " I was convinced that

she'd be walking around with this empty spot inside of her! She tried

to convince me that the other organs would gradually shift to fill up

the spot, but I was still suspicious!
