Dundee Tom,Hi! Unfortunately, I think your doctor is right, there's just no telling. It seems, like with much else in PSC, our bodies just sort of do what they want to at their own pace. But for what it's worth, I hope yours stay dilated for a really really really long time! :)Sandi in VA
