Guest guest
(Tried to post this an hour ago; didn't go through. Sorry if this is sent twice). Hi...I'm 25 now, and had CFS through alot of my undergrad years (18- 21 or so). Slept 15+ hours at times, always tired, achy, depressed, etc. Lost a ton of weight (have read that weight GAIN is more common...but I dropped from 145 to 115 or so). Then it all went away, as unexplained as it came. While I never regained true refreshing sleep, otherwise had no effects. Am in grad school now and last year had 8 AM classes daily. I didn't miss any due to sleep... In the last few weeks though, have been increasingly tired. Have slept around 9-12 hours a night, and needed to nap in the afternoons some. And still am tired. Also, my joints have started to ache some and I feel hot. While I'm hopeful it's something minor, am fearful it's a reoccurance of CFS. How do I " know " is this is the case? And how should I handle the possible early stages of a relapse? (Or how do I try to keep this from getting worse). Thanks in advance for any feedback.
