Guest guest
I had my first massage a few weeks ago, it was wonderful and the first time I've been comfortable in ages. Unfortunately it didn't last long, but ahh bliss to feel like myself again if only for a short time. Anyway, to my question. During the massage, my therapist was working on my right lower shoulder blade area and she hit, what maybe is a trigger point (??) I about flew off the table it was sharp and I felt the nerves jump and shoot with pain. So, newbie that I am, is this a trigger point? And should I be alarmed? Thanks,
Guest guest
I have been told that when seeking a massage..........the PERSON doing the massage, should be skilled and aware of how to massage a client with Fibro. DEEP MASSAGES should not take place. I had a massage a few weeks ago and my back felt as if a 30 lb weight had been lifted. However, my legs didn't take kindly to the treatment and I had spasms and " charlie horses " through the night......UGHHHH Good Luck, Marieanne ---------------------------------
