It happened within a week of starting to take it. I stopped immediately and my

blood pressure was back to normal within a couple of days. Of course it took a

lot longer (about 2 weeks) for all the blood to drain away from my eye, the

white of the eye was completely red, it looked as though someone had painted it

with red dye.

Lynda, how long did you take it and how long did it take for

everything to go back to 'normal' for you? I've cut out the

tyrosine and I'm still high... I'm wondering how fast this will

happen.

Thanks Lynda - I'll keep waiting. I've been on the stuff for 5

weeks, so I imagine it might take a while longer... my eye is back

to normal though, so I wonder if it was just an inflammation.

Curious, how high did your BP go?
