Guest guest
This raises a question for me................this week I started to nursing school and I work. I have to put in 40 hours a week in order to keep my health insurance and other benefits. On Monday, I started taking a multi-vitamin; a B-12 tablet and a calcium supplement. Do I need to be watching this? I was diagnosed in 2001 with PSC but I have had little problems and at my last ERCP (June '08) they said that my damage was still mild. Have any of you had bad experiences after starting vitamin supplements?? in TX >>> " Barb Henshaw " barbhenshaw@...> 1/23/2009 11:22 AM >>> Full article is available - http://www.sciencedirect.com/science?_ob=ArticleURL http://www.sciencedirect.com/science?_ob=ArticleURL&_udi=B6W7C-4TPNVS0- 2&_user=10&_coverDate=01%2F31%2F2009&_rdoc=20&_fmt=high&_orig=browse&_sr ch=doc-info(%23toc%236623%232009%23999499998%23761094%23FLA%23display%23 Volume)&_cdi=6623&_sort=d&_docanchor=&_ct=40&_acct=C000050221&_version=1 &_urlVersion=0&_userid=10&md5=61ca525b84ec011c7582d96f35be18e9> &_udi=B6W7C-4TPNVS0-2&_user=10&_coverDate=01%2F31%2F2009&_rdoc=20&_fmt=h igh&_orig=browse&_srch=doc-info(%23toc%236623%232009%23999499998%2376109 4%23FLA%23display%23Volume)&_cdi=6623&_sort=d&_docanchor=&_ct=40&_acct=C 000050221&_version=1&_urlVersion=0&_userid=10&md5=61ca525b84ec011c7582d9 6f35be18e9 Barb in Texas - Together in the Fight - Whatever it Takes! Guest guest
I started taking high potency multivitamins (Shaklee) shortly after PSC diagnosis in 2000. I've had no adverse experiences, and my hep is aware I'm taking it. I've been asymptomatic since balloon dilatation and stenting (and cholecystectomy) in 2001.
