,

thanks for your kind note, and for anyone using Essential Oils-EO's you

can tell you have a pure oil if you get it from a reputable company,

Amrita, Young Living, Scents & Sensibility and I won't mention the ones

out of the states, they are difficult to order from. If the price is

cheap and its in a store unfortuneately it is probably not pure even if

its says so, there is no regulation. I get mine from a company that grows

a lot of their own and monitors the rest closely plus has a research

facility and medical science behind it. I order at an 800 or internet

site.

Lavender is calming, has over 200 properties in the pure form, is safe

for most people but if you use a cheap version, it may be lavadin which

will make a burn worse plus you don't know if there were chemicals used

in its distillation. For people who have trouble sleeping, a few drops of

pure lavender on a cotton ball near them can help. My mom swears by it. I

prefer Peace&Calming oil blend diluted in a spray to mist my sheets.

Incense usually has chemicals plus the smoke can aggrevate allgergies in

some people. Use with caution. I prefer a diffuser to put the pure EO in

the air to purify it and you get the beneficial effects while breathing

cleaner air. I use the cheaper citrus oils or peppermint. In Europe they

use lemon oil as a disinfectant. Artificial lemon will NOT do the same.

My liver is healing from the hepatitis, may have damage so I can't use

anything with synthetics like the candles, air freshners etc. My eyes

water and I sneeze at people's homes who use chemical carpet sprays etc.

For my FM, I mix JOY blend in massage oil to rub sore spots but it smell

like perfume and I " m not overloading my liver.

Be sure your body is eliminating well or your supplements just

recirulate...and you're wasting your money and your medications will have

more side effects.

Flower Essences are totally safe so have at them! I pick my emotions to

work with, mix my solution in a spray, scent it with my EO and mist away

during the day while I'm at the computer.

As far as being a nurse, my stamina is not enough to work full time. I'm

struggling with weird tail bone pain and hand pain. I was so much better

until a car accident 3 years ago, very mild but set off the worst flair.

Plus moving out of our 7 bedroom home was stressful. The builder at the

new place wants an extra $10,000 3 weeks after closing and we don't have

it nor do we know how he came up with the idea. My agent agrees but won't

say anything so I fear losing the home we built to fit my needs.

So I use my education to help people stay healthy in areas that modern

health care is lacking-things YOU can do for yourself! I am hired to

teach in the Cincinnati area, workshops and people's homes.

I put things on my website. I will soon carry a line of natural cleaning

products and make-up. I find the best companies, the best price and try

them on my family so I know how they work. I sell at my cost or tell you

how to get the cheapest. My focus is on eduation and safe use. This new

company gives a rebate on what I order and its cheaper than store brands

for the same household things we use, just minus the toxins.

If you want to try the stronger pure oils go to the YoungLiving link on

my site and you'll have a lot of choices. I like their money back too. If

you do let me know and I'll email you some books that will help as I

said.

Focus on your breath, EO's make it easier to get more oxygen in and pulls

garbage out. I picture it pulling the pain and fatigue out with it.

Tonight I'm using Magnify your Purpose. Tomorrow I'm at a health fair

sharing my website with people.

have fun and find your passion!

Blessings,

Marie
