Its a little on the CHEWY side and tastes a little like dirt, but other than that, yum.........NOT..............hehehehe Actually its not bad in salad. - melanie@... I think, much like store bought spinache, it is grown in sand and it tastes a bit different. I have never had it taste like that. I will assume you washed it good! If you do deciede to try again, boil it harder. Word for the weary...If you don't like spinache, don't waste your time with Swiss Chard!
